Vanessa and Zachary’s Colorado adventurous mountain lake elopement was absolutely breathtaking. The two of them got married at sunrise, with the mountains in the background. It was a chilly morning, but that didn’t stop them from enjoying their coffee and spending time together. After the ceremony, they went on an adventure in the mountains and ended their wedding experience with a canoe ride. It was such a fun and unique day, and their love for each other was so evident. Jesus is the center of their new marriage, and they are passionate about serving Him together.
Luke and I got to film this adventure elopement for Vanessa and Zachary this Spring. We flew to Salt Lake City Utah where we met them at their place. From Salt Lake, we road tripped across the state to their Airbnb in Colorado. We stopped at some national parks in Moab, UT and enjoyed some stunning hiking views along the way.
We spent the weekend with them at the cabin in the Mountains in Grand Mesa, Colorado. They had their closest friends and family there with them all weekend and it was a truly intimate experience celebrating Vanessa and Zachary’s relationship.
Planning an adventurous mountain elopement is not always easy. Vanessa and Zach wandered through the mountains scouting the perfect place to get married . The next morning, their day started at 4AM with a cup of hot coffee and ended with a breathtaking canoe ride on an alpine lake in the mountains. Truly, this day couldn’t have been more perfect. Thank you Vanessa and Zachary for letting us be a part of your special day!
